(Moderate to inexpensive) One of the best values of any restaurant we visited, le Jardin de l'Abbaye is located deep in the heart of Norman coutryside. The menu featured such creative yet accessible combinations as cuisse de lapereau a l'estragon (thigh of rabbit with tarragon), fricassee de sole au beurre d'agrumes (sole with citrus flovored butter), and faux-filet aux poivres facon bordelaise (sirloin steak with bordelaise sauce).
