La Maison Blanche
This renovated farmhouse, formerly the Olde Country Inn, is attractive and very comfortable. The owners say they have added "a modern beach chic twist that embraces the classic charm" of the late 1800s house. The Stephen Talkhouse
Long Island's top live music club is an intimate bar where the audience is practically breathing down the neck of the performer. Two or three different acts, each with a separate admission charge, are often booked in a single evening.
