In another sign of the gradual gentrification of this traditionally low-key vacation spot where celebrities came to disappear, Mac's took over a long-time family style lobster and raw bar place in Wellfleet village and brought it up to another level in terms of decor, furnishings and quality. It's still casual and packed on summer evenings but now you can get sushi and more refined offerings based of course on local seafood.
